Alayna Smith serves as the Administrative Office Executive at Inspired Homes. In her role, Smith oversees office operations and supports agents with administrative coordination, client service, and organizational strategy. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Smith brings a diverse professional background to the real estate industry. She holds a master’s degree in physical therapy and previously served as the Director/Executive of multiple outpatient and pediatric medical clinics, where she developed strong leadership, operational management, and client-focused skills.  In addition to her executive role, Smith has a passion for interior design and home staging. Her expertise in creating functional and visually appealing spaces has contributed to several successful home sales contracts for realtors she works with. Smith’s unique blend of healthcare leadership, design insight, and operational excellence supports Inspired Homes’ commitment to personalized service and successful outcomes for clients.
