"Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Rocki Wunder was a referral I received from a friend and she stood out as the best this area has to offer. She had great social media presence, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. I spoke with Rocki and then met with her at my home. She spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sells, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I am always concerned that selling a house would be tough to sell and very time consuming for me to manage as a seller. Rocki made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving me staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When I saw our listing I was blown away the first time I used her. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first and second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. My house went under contract 1-2 days after I put it on the market at asking price. I accepted and Rocki walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience and I felt I could trust her completely. I have very little work put on me a long the way making my experience a great one. I've recommended Rocki to everyone I know. she's a true professional and a genuinely nice woman. I realized and assumed it would not always be that easy to sell a home, but I have bought and sold 4 or five homes with her now over the years and each experience was the same professional one that continued to surprise me. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor that gives you the direct honesty she does and puts in the work she does to meet your needs as a buyer or seller of a property.
